There is nothing quite like walking into The Traveling School office on the first day of teacher orientation. Similar to students stepping off the plane in Seattle, these teachers didn't really know one another except for the few phone calls and emails. We began the quest gathered around the back table with introductions. Soon there was laughter, chatter and general fun in every endeavor. Before we knew it, orientation was over, bags were sliding away on the airport conveyor belt and a lifelong friendship had begun.
It's nearly impossible to capture the events of the past 10 days - from morning chores such as feeding the chickens and walking the dogs to dinner socials with the greater TTS community, to meetings, classes and activities- these were BUSY days.
Here are a few picture worthy moments.

TTS26 is arriving in Seattle as I type - making introductions and discovering their piles of books. We're setting off on a crazy adventure of experiential learning for the next 15 weeks. Welcome to the fold everyone. Let's give it up for the four ladies leading the charge!
